He has 15 years of varied games industry experience ranging from social\, web and mobile games to console games. His latest work before joining Epic Games was on Housemarque’s BAFTA-winning game Returnal for PlayStation 5.\nAri will talk about various ways to use Unreal Engine in different creative industries: game development\, movies\, TV production and others. \nOur second guest is James Doyle\, originally from New Zealand\, who has over a decade of experience in both the film and gaming industries. He is an art director and sculptor who is deeply committed to the art of storytelling and has worked with renowned companies such as Weta Digital\, Weta Workshop\, A44 Games\, and RiffRaff Games. Whether it’s through the lens of a camera or the canvas of a game engine\, James relishes the opportunity to breathe life into narratives\, blending artistry and technology to forge unforgettable experiences.\nJames’ session will cover experiences in various industries\, the importance of creativity and adaptability\, commonalities and differences\, as well as the most important transferable skills. \nOur final guest is Marius Narbutaitis\, a VFX artist and co-founder of Matima Studio in Klaipėda.
