Job Overview<\/h2>\n

We are looking for a Art Manager\/Lead Art Owner <\/strong>to manage a team of 14 Art Owners supporting World of Tanks <\/strong>game production. This role combines people management, resource planning, production coordination, and process improvement to ensure the Art Owner’s<\/span> team operates effectively and the art pipeline runs smoothly.<\/p>\n

Art Manager\/Lead Art Owner will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders – Art Direction, Art Management, Production, Project Management, and Design. Art Manager\/Lead Art Owner will oversee workload, balance scope against capacity, support delivery planning, grow team capability, and drive cross-functional alignment. This role requires a strong understanding of art production, excellent communication skills, and an openness to innovation, including AI-driven workflow improvements.<\/p>\n

What will you do?<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Partner with production and art leadership on resource planning and proactively address bandwidth or staffing risks<\/span><\/li>\n
  • <\/span>Ensure clear priorities, ownership, and escalation paths for the Art Owner’s team<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Improve task handoff, delivery flow, and coordination across the Art Owner’s function<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Help Art Owner’s team to identify and remove bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth art production delivery<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Act as a key point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders – Producers, Art Directors, Art Managers, Project Managers, and Design<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Strengthen stakeholder alignment, team collaboration, and communication transparency<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Review and improve Art Owner’s-related processes, workflows, and best practices<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Drive innovation through smarter ways of working, including AI-enabled tools and automation where relevant<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Lead a team of Art Owners<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and manage performance through quarterly\/annual goals and regular reviews<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Monitor Art Owner’s workload and utilization, balancing scope and capacity across the team<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Coach and mentor the team in terms of their long-term skills development<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What are we looking for?<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • 3+ years of experience leading or managing teams of at least 6 people in game development, ideally in a AAA environment<\/li>\n
    • Strong\u00a0people management skills, including coaching, feedback, and performance reviews<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience in resource management, workload balancing, and production planning<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to work closely with art teams and cross-functional stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Previous hands-on experience in 2D, 3D, or another relevant art discipline<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Solid understanding of art production pipelines and delivery workflows<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience improving processes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and alignment skills<\/span><\/li>\n
    • English skills (B2+), written and spoken<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 5670 monthly gross<\/h6>\n
