“Documentation in RnD – Goals, Creation, Usage”
Speaker: Kate Nagornaya, RnD Producer at Belka Games
Over the past 6 years, Kate has had a lot of experience in game analysis (mobile casual games). Now she’s a game producer, and she can implement her knowledge of data and user behaviour as well as her gaming experience (she’s a gamer without saying).

“Quality: How We Evaluate It in Games”
Speaker: Anya Zielińska, Production Director at Paradox Development Studio
Anya started working in Paradox as a publishing producer. Now she’s a Production Director in Paradox Development Studio. She has worked with Age of Wonders: Planetfall, Victoria 3 and is working with several unannounced titles.

“I’m Great, You’re Great but What Else – How to Successfully Pitch to a Publisher”.
Speaker: Joanna Keler, Marketing & PR Lead | Women in Games Ambassador
Joanna’s marketing and social media management experience in game development span the UK, Germany, and Poland (Klabater, 11 bit studios), and she’s an enthusiast of all things tech. Joana actively works for women empowerment in games industry as a Women in Games’ ambassador and a mentor with Women in Games International.

After the talks, everyone is welcome to stay for networking at Talent Garden, meet new people and chat in a friendly atmosphere. We promise not to keep you hungry!
